Jorge Alvarez has his bachelor’s in software engineering from the University of Phoenix and is getting his master’s in IT management from Virginia Tech. At IDSA he’s helping with database management and whatever other IT problems come up. In his free time, he likes to watch Netflix and practice his computer programming skills. Fun fact: He was in the Army for four years as a mortarman.
